1. Go to Menu → Loan Management
2. Select the loan → Click on More Options → Click on Edit
This will open the respective Loan Entry
3. Let's say the installment needs to be increased i.e., instead of 100 every month, amount has to be reduced to 50 and installments should be made in next 6. Then edit the amount accordingly. Only the amount whose pending recovery = YES, can be edited or deleted.
4. In order to do that click on + icon on Table Header
5. Select Due Date i.e., the month in which amount is supposed to be deducted in Payroll. It's recommended to keep 1st of respective month.
Enter Amount
Click ADD
Add as many lines required i.e., total Amount to should match with Amount Approved.
6. Click on SAVE
