How to create Streams, Departments and Designations of the company or organization?


  • Stream

To create a stream,  


Select Core HR -> Streams-> Create New

Enter the Stream name and description. 

Click Add button to create a new Stream.







  • Department

To create a department, 


Select HR Core ->Departments-> Create New

Select the Stream for which a Department need to be created.

Enter Department Details.

Click Add button to create a new Department.








  • Job Position
To create a designation, 
Select Human Resource->Job Positions-> Create New. 
Select the Stream and Department under which the Designation falls.
Enter the Designation Details
Click Add button to create a new Designation.




These Streams, Departments are Designations are applicable for an employee while adding a new employee in Employee Master.



How to Add a New Employee?

To add a new employee, 

Select Human Resource->Employee Master-> Create New

Enter the Employee Personal Details, Communication Address, Sponsorship Details, Payment method, Document Details and the designation or position.

Click Add button to add a new employee in the company or organization.

Employee no. will be auto generated when a new employee is added. 





When an employee leaves the company or organization, he cannot be deleted from the database, instead, his Status can only be changed to INACTIVE.

To view the complete details of all active/inactive employees, go to Core HR>>Get Employee complete Details.
