How to pay maintenance expenses in Bills Payable?


Bill payable entry is made when you want to create a bill which will be payable in the future. i.e. you will make entry in Bill Payable screen and make payment in Vendor Bill payment screen.



If you are just recording expenses that are already paid, then you can just use the Record Expense screen. There you can select the account from where you are paying.
