Creating Meetings:


After the Successful integration of Zoom with HALERP, You can now Create and join Zoom Meetings from your ERP account!


Steps to Create Meetings:


1. Select Create Meeting From Side Menu for Zoom meeting creation Form.


2. Then Enter the meeting details in the form like Meeting Title and Start Time of the Meeting. 


The  Password field is optional, you can enter a password in case you want to password protect your meeting so that only people with the password can join the meeting.


3. On Click of Add, your zoom meeting will be created and return the Zoom Meeting Id in the Meeting ID column.


You can click on the CLICK HERE TO JOIN MEETING button to join the meeting


4. Finally you can share the Zoom Meeting Id and the password to other to join Zoom Conference.


Meeting Recordings:

Once the meeting is over and if you had recorded the meeting, you can download your recordings by clicking on Download Recording by clicking on the Download Recording button. 

You can also play them by clicking on the Play Recording Button
