WHAT IS REACHAPP?
ReachApp is a mobile application where employees can establish secure chat within or outside an organization in a controlled way along with accessing the HAL ERP on Mobile (If Subscribed to HAL ERP). Team Conversations can be between different departments, one-on-one, with customers or vendors, teachers - parents (for school).
Chat with ReachApp:
- Access of ERP on Mobile i.e., Mobile ERP.
- ReachApp can be accessed from Mobile as well as WEB
(chat.halerp.com) without the need for connecting your mobile device. - By default, all members who sign up will be part of Team Room - the common chat channel for all who join the organization.
- With Admin roles, easily create channels for specific teams - department wise, project wise, customer wise, supplier wise
ReachApp Installation & Usage:
Available on Playstore as well as Apple store. Download the app on their Apple & Android devices from their respective stores
You will also see the ReachApp-enabled at the bottom right of your ERP screens too after logging in
Login with REACHAPP:
1. Enter Organization Code. If your ERP Link is https://techno.halerp.com, then your Organization code = techno
2. Email: Enter login username of ERP & Password: Enter Password of ERP.
Now you should be able to see the ERP Menu. Currently you can view / download the transactions.
