How to manage Warranty of a Product/Item?

To assign Warranty to a Product/Item, Go to Inventory>> Item List


In the item list form, choose the Item, whose warranty information has to be entered. 


Note: The warranty details  for an item could be assigned only to those items tracked as "serial Items"



Once the warranty is assigned to the item, when the item is sold, the warranty start date would be the date when the item is being sold and the warranty end date is taken from the Item list form where the warranty days are assigned.


To view the report on the warranty details of items go to Maintenance>> serial Items
