Customer Job Transfer

Project Resource allocation is the process of assigning and scheduling available resources in the most effective and economic way possible.

HALERP uses the Customer Job Transfer module to allocate and to transfer resources to different projects.

Customer->Customer job transfer->Create New

Customer Job Allocation- To allocate a resource to a project, select NA  in the 'From Customer job' field and select the Customer job to be allocated to in the 'To customer job' field.

Customer Job Transfer- To transfer a resource from an existing project to a new project ,

Select the current job in the 'from customer job' field

Select the job t be assigned to in the 'to customer job' field.

You can check which project an employee is assigned to currently from the add employee pop up table  or from the Job allocation details report.

Note: 'End date' is not mandatory for both project allocation and transfer, so it can be left blank and if the resource is allocated to another project , then  the end date of the current project  would be taken as the date prior to the start date of the project he is being assigned to.

Customer-->Job Allocation Details 

The job allocation details report would show all the allocations from start, an employee is allocated to any job till the current date or till the allocation date that is mentioned in the transaction. It could be single project or multiple projects
